Pokemon is a franchise that’s wildly popular, with millions of fans worldwide. Similarly, LEGO is a brand that sits atop the building blocks industry and has collaborated with a number of famous brands to create a range of sets. They’ve worked with Star Wars, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Minecraft, Ninjago, and many other themes.

But one odd exclusion from LEGO’s line-up is an official Pokemon set. Despite being a fan favorite, the toy company has never made a Pokemon LEGO set due to copyright issues.

Thankfully, fans have found creative ways to recreate their favorite characters and places using LEGO bricks! These Pokemon builds are sure to bring the Pokemon world to life!

Reddit user ‘Buscags1’ is currently working on recreating Pokemon’s Kanto region entirely out of Lego. While the project is still in its early stages, he’s already got a bit of the region done, as well as half of Johto and a good chunk of Sinnoh. He’s also planning on recreating all of the regions interlocking in a single map once it’s finished.

While this isn’t the first time that this has happened, it’s definitely a unique way to create fan art in a different medium. Previously, this same user also recreated the Johto region from Gen 2 out of microscale Lego bricks.

There are plenty of Pokemon MOCs out there, but this Mud Fish is at another level! The build is incredibly detailed and is made up of 2,228 LEGO pieces. The whole thing is 18.3 inches tall and it’s a piece of art that any Pokemon fan would be very lucky to own!

If you want to try your hand at creating a Pokemon MOC yourself, there are a lot of guides on the internet that will help you get started. These guides can show you how to make a variety of Pokemon from various parts, from Charizard to Blastoise and even Venusaur!

These guides can also be a great way to teach kids the basics of constructing their own Pokemon figures and structures. It’s a fun activity that will help them develop their creativity and problem-solving skills.

Some of these Pokemon MOCs are pretty elaborate, but they’re also a fun way to get your kids involved in the building process. This Piplup MOC for example is a pretty clever idea that uses a lot of smaller pieces to get a detailed design.

It’s also possible to find some kits that let you build your own Pokemon figures and miniatures. These kits come in a variety of sizes, so you can build whatever you want.

Whether you’re looking to create an entire Pokemon gym or just want to spruce up your room with some new Pokemon themed decor, these pieces are sure to be a hit!

In addition to this, there are some fantastic LEGO Pokemon MOCs out there that will inspire you to get crafty and create your own models. This Pikachu MOC for example is a cute and unique design that will be a great addition to your collection!
